Customize Your Branding

Upload square and landscape logos and set Primary, Secondary, and Accent colors under Settings → Branding.

2 min read

Add logos and brand colors under Settings → Branding so quotes, invoices, and customer-facing pages match your business.

Open branding

  1. Go to Settings → Branding.

Upload logos

  1. Under Company Logos, use Square Logo for compact placements and Landscape Logo for wider headers.
  2. Click Upload (or Change if a logo is already there). Choose a PNG, JPG, WebP, or SVG under 2MB.
  3. Crop in the dialog (Crop logo or Crop landscape logo), then confirm — the logo uploads right away.
  4. Use the trash control to remove a logo if you need to start over.

Set brand colors

  1. Under Brand Colors, set Primary Color (required).
  2. Optionally set Secondary Color and Accent Color.
  3. Click Add Color for more accent colors when you need them.
  4. When color fields show unsaved changes, click Save Changes (or Discard to undo).

What happens next

  1. Send your first quote
  2. Customizing email templates
  3. Sending invoices to customers

Good to know

  • Logos upload as soon as you confirm the crop; colors need Save Changes.
  • Without a logo, customer documents still use your business name.
  • Brand colors appear on quotes, invoices, and other customer-facing pages.
