Linking Your Google Account

Why Link Google?

Linking your Google account lets you sign in to QuoteBolt with a single click — no password required. It also enables the Google Calendar integration.

How to Link Your Google Account

1. Go to Settings → Security.
2. In the Connected Accounts section, click Link Google Account.
3. Sign in with your Google account when prompted.
4. Grant the requested permissions and you'll be redirected back to QuoteBolt.

Once linked, you can sign in using the Continue with Google button on the login page.

How to Unlink Your Google Account

1. Go to Settings → Security.
2. In the Connected Accounts section, find your linked Google account.
3. Click Unlink.
4. Confirm the action.

Note: If Google is your only sign-in method, you'll need to set a password before you can unlink it. QuoteBolt will prompt you to do this automatically.

Using Google Sign-In

After linking, the login page shows a Continue with Google button. Click it and select your linked account — you'll be signed in immediately, no password needed.

Security Notes

• Linking Google doesn't give QuoteBolt access to your Gmail or Drive.
• You can revoke access any time from your Google Account permissions page.
• If you revoke access from Google directly, you'll need to re-link your account from QuoteBolt settings.
