Set Up Your Business

After you create your account, QuoteBolt walks you through a short 5-step setup so your profile and business details are ready before you land on Home.

Walk through setup

1. Welcome — A brief splash that advances on its own. If it does not, click Continue.
2. About you — On About you, add an optional Profile photo, then First name and Last name. Email is read-only from signup. Phone is optional. Click Continue.
3. About your business — On About your business, enter:
   • Business name
   • Trade — HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Other (use Describe your trade when you choose Other)
   • Street address (autocomplete), optional Unit / Suite, City, State, and ZIP
   • Optional License number and Website
   Click Continue.
4. Make it yours — Branding is optional. Upload a Square logo and/or Landscape logo, and set Primary color, Secondary color, and Accent color. Click Continue, or Skip for Now to finish branding later. For a deeper pass, see Customize your branding.
5. Pick your plan — On Pick your plan, choose Free, Pro, or Elite. If you already picked a plan on the pricing page, confirm it or change it. Free finishes setup and opens the app. Paid plans continue through Stripe Checkout, then return you to the app. To take online invoice payments later, see Connect Stripe.

Use Back to revisit a prior step. The progress indicator shows where you are.

When setup finishes, you land on Home.

3. Connect Stripe

Good to know

• You can go Back during setup, or resume if you leave mid-wizard.
• Branding is skippable with Skip for Now — finish later under Settings, then Branding.
• You can change your plan later from settings. This article does not list plan limits or prices.
